How long does it take to build an MVP?
Typical timeline is 4-6 weeks from brief to live product. Discovery takes one session (under 2 hours), requirements document is delivered within 2-3 days, clickable prototype within 3-5 days, then build runs 1-4 weeks depending on scope. You see and approve the prototype before any production code is written.
Do I need a technical co-founder or CTO to work with you?
No. Most of our MVP clients are non-technical founders or business operators. We handle all technical decisions — architecture, hosting, security, deployment — and explain everything in plain language. You focus on the business logic and user needs; we handle the engineering.
What happens after the MVP launches?
You own the code and can take it to any developer. Most clients stay with us on an Evolution Retainer — a monthly allocation of development hours to add features, respond to user feedback, and evolve the product. But there's zero obligation to continue.
